This is the starting point: rediscovering the ancient suburban vineyard, valorizing the greenery and the waters of an architectural gem from the XVIII century revived as a luxury art hotel. The renovation matches the existing asset with new buildings, in a rigorously minimal style: a scattered hospitality structure, spread around the park over several temporary residences surrounded by the trees, accommodating artists and their inspiration, in addition to a spa, a gourmet restaurant and an arena theater above the water.

The multi-level trails connecting the buildings give the area a new theatrical shape. Water is again the central element in the vineyard landscape, flowing in the ancient track down the hill, encircling the whole suburban system of the mansion and its garden. A network of silent pieces of architecture fitting spontaneously into the surrounding environment, thanks to raw materials such as wood, concrete, weathering steel, glass and titanium. A shape-shifting scenario: at night, among the glittering lights, the structures stand out in the dark.
